Sports and Social Club
The Telford and Hitchin Offices both have active Sports & Social Clubs which are subsidised by the Company. The clubs exist for two main purposes:
- to contribute to making Windsor Life a pleasant and fun place to work through organising various sporting and social events;
- to contribute to our local community through fundraising each year for local charities.
Examples of Sports & Social activities include:
- Social Events:
- Theatre trips
- Shopping trips
- Trips to Cricket International Matches
- Paintballing
- Visit to Alton Towers
- Charitable Events:
- Raffles
- Charity Car Wash
- Cake Stalls
- "Mufti" Days
- Supporting BBC Children In Need (including running one of the centres taking telephone pledges)
In addition, the Sport & Social Club supports Windsor Life's Football, Netball and Cricket Teams.
