Our Working EnvironmentWindsor Life policies are administered out of two different locations; one in Telford, Shropshire and one in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. 
In Telford we employ almost 400 staff in a modern open plan office environment. We are situated next to the railway station and are immediately off junction 5 of the M54. We are close to the town centre within easy walking distance of shops, the park, library etc. We also have a subsidised staff restaurant. Telford is in the heart of rural Shropshire with open countryside and historic Ironbridge (a Unesco world heritage site) on the doorstep. It is within easy commuting distance of Shrewsbury, Stafford and Wolverhampton; and easy shopping distance of Chester, Birmingham and Manchester. In Hitchin we employ almost 300 staff in a very picturesque, rural site. Hitchin is a small market town which is very close to the A1(M) so we have good road and mainline rail links for commuting into London.
