Transfer of business from NM Pensions Limited and NM Life Limited to Windsor Life Assurance Company Limited:You may have recently heard from Windsor Life or Tomorrow about the proposed transfer of business to Windsor Life. Following a court order sanctioned by the High Court on 18th December 2007, this transfer took place on 31 December 2007. When the transfer was proposed we wrote to all our policyholders that might be indirectly affected by the Scheme of Transfer. If you did not hear from us, this is because your policy is not affected, either directly or indirectly. We will shortly be writing to the transferring policyholders and their IFAs again to confirm details about the transfer.
